Mortgage Financing for Non-Residents, landed immigrants, and clients with work visas
Trisha has been offering mortgages to clients who live outside of Canada for over 10 years. In order to ensure that your application receives the best possible chance of approval it is best to provide all documentation with your application.
Below is the basic information most banks will require for non-residents in order to get a mortgage approval. In order to approve the mortgage at 65-90% loan to value we need:
1. Income confirmation – Tax returns plus employment letters
2. Confirmation of down payment plus confirmation of liquid assets (depending on lender)
3. Canadian bank account information (void check)
4. Completed application: Go to APPLY NOW or we can complete over the phone or fax
5. For US residents: I will need to pull a US credit bureau upon receipt of your application.
6. For UK Residents: I will need a bank reference letter and/or UK credit report
